What I selected wasn't what was received. I selected purple roses with purple Lilac, in a purple vase that had a crystal design. I selected all purple balloons and a bear. I didn't select the most expensive option but the one in the middle and the amount of money I paid I wasn't happy with the look of the flowers. There were no lilacs and instead a type of purple flower. There were only a few purple roses. It looked more like the standard small size instead of the premium. The balloons were purple and yellow. The vase was just a cheap purple plain vase. Next time I will call directly to a florist shop verses ordering online.

I was told they flowers would be delivered the same day that I ordered them. However, they were not actually delivered until 4:30 pm the next day. However, I called in the morning to find out why they hadn't been delivered and they apologized and upgraded the order. I am thrilled with the arrangement that was sent, and they included a box of chocolates. Although I was disappointed they were not delivered when I expected, they more than made up for it and I would use them again without hesitation.
In the past, the orders I placed with From You Flowers were delivered by a local florist. This order came vai FedEx, which makes putting together the arrangement a bit of a chore.
After I placed my order, I had one question and was actually surprised how fast I received a response. However, I do have to also mention. I wanted a name added to the signature and when I called to add it, less than one hour after ordering, customer service assured me it was added and updated. Not those exact words but that's the feedback I received. Unfortunately, that name was not on the card. I guess you can say this was my fault when ordering it. I would have been ok with customer service saying they could not do anything for me instead of making me believe it was added. Note to self, make sure no changes are needed to card before you submit order. Other than that, I was very happy with my order. Flowers were beautiful! Thank you

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
