Flowers were beautiful but not plentiful. Flowers were delivered after the visitation but were there for the service - some folks left after the visitation prior to the service so they weren't able to see the flowers All in all, I would give them 4 stars. The funeral was for my brother.

For the most part, everything with my order was fine. The flowers, with a bear and chocolates, was delivered to my friend on the day that it was supposed to be delivered. The problem was more than likely that once it got to the recipient, it had spent many hours in a hot truck on a very hot day, so the chocolates inside were nearly completely melted. The flowers are very pretty and in pretty good shape, so my friend was satisfied with the order. From the tracking information, it looks as though the package spent about 9 hours in a very hot truck. In the future, maybe the chocolates should be put in a container that protects them from the heat just a bit. Either that, or I figure it may be best not to order anything with chocolate in the summer time.

The flowers looked horrible - the leaves looked bug eaten, there were wilted blue flowers that never responded to water, the lilies were odd shaped and asymmetrical and broken. It was not as pictured!
