These flowers wee delivered to my sister in Idaho and I checked with her to determine my response to your questions. The flowers apparently were loely and had such a lovely fragrance, she was pleased.
So far very Happy with the service and flowers. My mom was thrilled. From the photo she sent me of her more recent flowers it seemed a little heavy on the greenery. Maybe some of the flowers were just not opened yet, but it did seem far more greenery than flowers.
What my sister received for her birthday was NOTHING like the picture that I ordered. I literally cried when I saw the arrangement. This was my second time ordering. The first was a plant for a funeral. I'm.now hoping it did not look like the flowers that were received yesterday.

I ordered the candy assortment, instead the basket I received was closer to the snack basket option - which I purposely did NOT chose. I've already contact the customer service and they issued a 20% refund. I appreciate their effort, but I still will not be ordering from this company again.

The $14.99 Service/Handling fee came as a surprise! I called before I received the email from you and the CSR made no offer to remove it! I was looking into other options until I received an email offer to waive it, so thank you for that. I chose the Florist Designed Bouquet/Best Value - just wish I could have seen what was being sent in advance. I visited the recipient 6 days after the flowers - now very dead looking - were delivered and was rather shocked to see it had merely been a very ordinary-looking bud vase arrangement with 6 small flowers. I guess flowers are much more expensive in Las Vegas, where these were delivered, and/or they're taking advantage of being able to send an arrangement that they think the sender will never see. In my hometown in Ohio, I would have been able to get a beautiful, full arrangement for that price.
The flowers were lovely as usual and delivered on time and to the correct business address. I'm always surprised at the end of ordering how much the delivery and service fees are as they aren't really called out until the very end. But the service is great as are the flowers so I'm not complaining.
You should let customers know up front about you service and handling fees.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
