When it was delivered it came in a glass vase which is not permitted in the unit Mom is in. The flowers laid on her bedside table without water for 2 days.

I ordered the flowers 2 weeks before the delivery; it would have been nice to get the exact vase I ordered and not a substitute.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
