Since my phone was acting up I had to go on line and place the order. Since that time a got a email offering free shipping. That was after the order was placed. If I can get shipping back I will be very satisfied.

Flowers were for anniversary. Delivered the day after order was placed, should have been same day. Only got 5 roses for a bouquet that cost $53
The price was adecuate for the flower arrangement that I selected but it was not the one delivered. The flowers did not included sunflowers(which my daughter love but they had roses and I did not selected an arrangement with roses because my daughter did not like roses.) and the others flowers included looked a little bit sad and the setting was not so good.

We ordered a fruit basket and flowers for Aug. 22,2016. This is Sept. 13th, and they still have not arrived. They have told us first, that it was delivered, but when they checked with the florist, said that they would have it delivered on a new date. Surprise, it never arrived. Was then told that the florist refused to deliver it. Why did you not order from another florist? Now we are told that they need longer to prepare the arrangement, so now it will be longer. Can I just get my money back to order from somebody that will actually deliver? We will never ever use them again.
Update. They finally sent the arrangement. I will be using them anymore. Not sure who to trust when ordering flowers or fruit anymore.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
