It took extremely to long to be delivered...for the price wasn't worth the product at all...
I was a bit disappointed that the container was not stainless steel as indicated on the webiste, it it was made the arrangement look nice, the caontainer that it came in was not what was anticipated.
The delivery time was extremely late as I did not know the delivery time would be between 9am and 6pm, wide range of time, until AFTER YOU PAY. My mama did not get them until almost 4pm in the evening of her birthday. :( WOW...maybe should have sent them the day before, but then again the day before is not her birthday.

The entire process was quick and easy and definitely affordable. The arrangement looks nothing like what I ordered, but Gram is happy with it and that is all that matters.
I ordered an arrangement for an employee - so I did not actually receive the product to be able to honestly answer the questions asked above. I am aware it was delivered only because of the email from 'you' advising it was delivered. At this time, I am not aware of any issues with the arrangement ordered as I have not been in contact with the employee to whom it was delivered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
