I ordered the flower cake for my mothers 92nd birthday, i wanted them delivered on Sunday, said they would be delivered Saturday, ok, wait then i get email saying cant deliver Saturday but will deliver Monday with a free upgrade.

Order could not be delivered on the day requested, and did not get notified of this til the morning of the original delivery date, In addition I received a second notification that the flowers ordered were not available and could they make a substitution, I do not know why I was not told about this on the phone call, Had I not checked my email later that day I never would have known to request a different floral arrangement be delivered instead,

The disturbing part of my experience was that my flowers could not be delivered on the date that was guaranteed. I appreciate the gesture that was made to have them delivered the next day and the upgrade of the order that was provided. These gestures are the reason why I will consider this company again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
