Wish I could have arranged the message on the sympathy card as I entered it. We had several families involved and wanted to get all names in. And we did not have room for them in the signed by field.

I will never order from you guys again,what a joke I upgrade to the largest floral arrangement for my wifes Birthday thinking I probably got to many flowers she brings it home from work and I see it and couldn't believe what a paid for, a mediocre 25 dollar arrangement that I could have picked up from a grocery florist. Small arrangement flowers fighting to stay alive just a joke. At least the balloon was filled with helium so not a total bust I guess. Would never order from the site again.

The arrangement received looked lifeless. Not impressive. I paid for the highest level you offered and the arrangement was lost by gaps and spaces from every angle in it. It looked nothing like the picture except in color and flower type.
You charge me extra for early delivery, but still you made delivery at 5:30. So why did you charge that $7 for?
I love the idea of ordering online, however those flowers that were received looked terrible! So dried out and the ribbon that went around the vase was wrinkled. I am very unsatisfied and disappointed WILL NOT use your service again. I feel I was ripped off and will letting others know.

Please do not add the $4.99 expedite to the order if it is not requested. This is deceiving to the sender that doesn't look very closely at the order summary.
My comments are for your company not for the public. If your merchandise has the original price and the discounted price and I have a $10.00 coupon when I apply the code it should show my $10.00 deduction.
Ex ($39.00/now $29.00 With my coupon code you said I earned at $10.00, my cost should be $19.00 not
$29.00 as the summary kept showing so I decline to make another purchase.)
