Very easy to navigate the site. So thrilled that I could get same day delivery. When my daughter sent me a picture of the flowers she received, I was disappointed with the flowers in their arrangement. Although I do realize that flowers ordered at the last minute might have some changes in the flowers provided as opposed to what the picture showed, I wish that that had been more clearly outlined on the site...namely that the flowers might be quite different than what was ordered. I couldn't tell from the picture my daughter sent if, in fact, the flowers were worth the value I had paid for them.
I thought i would get a persoalzed local delivery not a drop off by a truck the flowers are wilted and turning brown, the card enclosed was not impressive expected more dor the money especially when having to pay a high handling fee not impressed

I was so unhappy with the outcome of the florist the flowers delivered were nothing like the arrangement I ordered on line, so disappointed I was hoping more effort would be put into it because that arrangement was for a male firefighter The arrangement was made by San Jacinto Florist
Easy. Huge selection. Love the same day delivery. My granddaughter said they were' amazing'.
Commuication, was horrible. I called two separate times about the order. Over 30 mins on hold with the most annoying repetition of any customer service line ever. I emailed ask to be called, was told within the hour. Never called back. Website said not delivered. Then they were very late. And look nothing like the picture. And even paid extra for the deluxe. Never ever ordering for you again. Horrible experience and stressful.
The color of the flowers were different than what was pictured. The picture had some sunflowers, peach colored and blue/purple flowers and the arrangement was mostly yellow and red flowers.
Overall satisfied except my name was cut into 2 -instead of "Reena", message read "Re Ena".
Another word, "surprises" also was cut into 2.
Cost and product was better then others online.
I felt the arrangement was fairly small for the cost and the handling charges were pricey.
The delivery charge was a bit much, IMO.
I sent the flowers to someone in California. I know they arrived on time and was told they were beautiful. I did not see them myself.
Painless and fast. The flowers were beautiful but not as full of an arrangement as I expected. I also did not realize they were coming from MD. A good ride for the floral delivery guess that's why the delivery charge was $14.99. I did not mind adding $2.99 for delivery in 4hours. I felt what was portrayed in the picture was no where near the size of the arrangement I got. That is what made my experience less than I originally wanted to give!
