Website was easy to use. Shipping was accurate. The vase was stunning, but the flowers thrown in it without effort. The picture on the website was beautiful. The picture of the flowers sitting next to my dying grandmother's hospital bed was a little unsatisfying.

$45 for $5 worth of flowers is a bit excessive. The extra fees were not evident until the final order process. By then I was in a bit of a crunch so I placed the order anyway. Next time I will just deal directly with the local florist. Thanks anyways.

I didn't like that I called the 1855 number nd they took 20+ mints to answer me, I called bak various times, nd still couldn't get anyone on the fone, to at least, oh wait just a moment, someone will b wit u, in a few mints, nd it was very frustrating! Very disappointed in that area, but on the other hand my sister loves her flowers thank u very much!
The product online was fuller than the flowers that were delivered. Did not look like $65 worth of flowers or like the picture online. Not happy at all. Only happy with delivery time.

I paid $60 for a bouquet that came a day late was falling out of the vase with random purple and yellow flowers in it lilies missing petals and not even the same vase... looked nothing like the picture
