Great variety. Also, I will like to see option for arrangements with one color flowers as my daughter don't like to many colors in one bouquet. ( I love the flowers in the car, but cannot order because too many colors :) )
I ordered the bear in a basket with flowers. Looks like something different that classical vase/bouquet
I received the order in a last minutes. I got very very worried as I had experiences with flowers not being delivered on the day I wanted. My daughter love them!
The $15 dollar service and handling fee is a bit outrageous if you ask me.

Easy website to maneuver and purchase from. The fruit basket was perfect. The flowers were disappointing. The picture on the website made it appear there would be more flowers in the bouquet then there were. Maybe you should tell how many of each are in the bouquet? Or you may have on your website and I didn't see that information?
This is false advertising. I have ordered this for my sisters birthday going by the picture shown in the website. However my sister dint receive the teddy bear that i have ordered (the one received is totally different) shes very sad it literally ruined her birthday. This is very unprofessional service am a lot of disappointed with your service. I expect a full refund for this

Website was easy to use. Shipping was accurate. The vase was stunning, but the flowers thrown in it without effort. The picture on the website was beautiful. The picture of the flowers sitting next to my dying grandmother's hospital bed was a little unsatisfying.
Was easy to select the arrangement. Handling and service is a hidden charge not reflected in the initial selection.
All is well so far. The actual proof will be when I see the flowers that are delivered to the recipient.
The flowers are very fresh looking. I would like to have had a blue bow instead of gold since the baby is a boy.
The ordering was quick, easy and painless with a great selection! However, when the arrangement was received it was much smaller than what I thought I was getting. The floral arrangements offered in the hospital gift shop were much prettier and for alot less!
However, the look on my daughter's face when the flowers arrived in her hospital room was priceless!
