Flowers were not delivered same day which was disappointing as my grandaughter had an accident and I wanted her to get them. I called customer service who were very apologetic and nice. They refunded the same day charge and sent a $20 gift certificate. Looking at the photo my daughter sent me, the flowers were fully opened so would not last long, which was a shame.
I have ordered from you before and always been very satisfied.

Flowers were for my daughter's birthday. She said they were pretty but had to put them out in her garage because they reaked of cigarette smoke! Flowers are supposed to smell nice but these smelled like an ashtray! I can't believe I sent her "stinky" flowers for her birthday not to mention the $50 I paid for them! Such a disappointment.
