The site had a wide variety and my friend was happy with her flowers.
However, the main reason I ordered is because they advertised same day delivery which did not happen. They need to work on customer service for sure. There is a link where you can track your order, but it did not work. Then they have a link where they promise to track and let you know within one hour about the status and I tried that twice with no response.
I sent an email after that and did get a response and an apology. They also refunded my same day fee that I paid. However, I feel if an order is not going to be honored the same day as promised they should be proactive and let the customer know. I don't feel I should be the one trying to find out why there is a delay.
So the product was fine, but the customer service is not.

I brought some flowers for my Second wedding anniversary and i love them thank you they are beautiful.
The delivery free is a bit steep, that's my only hesitation to use you all the time. Although the product was what I ordered, I was disappointed in the high price for such a small gift.
The picture was cut off on the right side the flowers where just stems no blooms
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
