I was shocked to find a $15 service and handling charge thrown in right at the end. There was no mention of this until the 'review' stage and it seems extortionate. But as it is 12.30am in the morning in the UK and my friend is unwell, I could not be bothered trying to find another provider. But - based on this unfair charge - I will not be using your service again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
