You charged too much for a glass vase. Was surprised that it didn't come included with the arrangement. When you view the website for selection, you should also be transparent about the extra cost to the order.

Flowers didn't look anywhere close to the picture. Looked as if the purple flowers were wilted or hadn't blossomed.
Most of the flowers was already dying. So kinda very disappointed and its was first time I did this. So most likely wont be doing this again, rather pick out my own flowers. Beside that everything else was great. The online website was simply and easy to use.
