The overall service has exceeded my expectations. I'm very satisfied and would recommend to others.
First of all, the ordering/payment system is cumbersome and time- consuming. Then,after several minutes into the process we received the $14.99 handling fee, which we were originally assured we would not. It was only after backing out of the order completely that we received an email telling us if we come back we would get free shipping. And then the original price jumped from $31.99 to 39.99. Deception. Not appreciated. EDITED: We bought the flowers for our daughter who lives in another state. They were delivered in the morning of designated day, and from the picture she sent they are beautiful! So I do feel much better about our overall experience :)

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
