The flowers were actually delivered a day ahead of the requested day.
Since it was for an 80th birthday, at least it was better to be earlier than later.

The recipient mailed me a photo of the bouquet she received. It appeared to be what I had ordered.
I specifically chose this site because it said they offered "same day delivery". There is even an extra charge for that service (it is minimal, but a charge nonetheless). Around 2 hours after I placed the order I received a call letting me know that they were not going to be able to deliver the same day. Also, the vase that was pictured online that I chose was not available and they would have to substitute it with another. Compensation was given for the delay as well as an apology and I appreciate that. The person who called was very professional and tried to make sure I ended up satisfied. I appreciate him very much.

The delivery time was awesome.
Very disappointed in the flowers we received. They did not look very much like the picture. I ordered deluxe version and it was pretty small and not all that nice. I was pleased that my complaint was heard and that my cost was discounted so I feel better but I would have rather had a nice arrangement sent to my wife for our anniversary.

It was easy to navigate and understand which flowers were available for same-day delivery and which weren't. I wish there was a way to track the order before it was delivered, so I didn't have to guess at timing or ask the recepient but other than that, I was very satisfied.
