Your site offered a great variety of products to select from; appreciated the 20% discount, which made your arrangements better priced than the competitors. Almost canceled the order though, when I saw a $14.95 handling fee come up on the check out page- just closed out the page; but then got another email shortly thereafter, offering free delivery, which I then accepted and ordered the arrangement. Another plus was that the arrangement was delivered a day earlier than scheduled- only thing I would have liked, was to have gotten some type of status update on the delivery status of the arrangement from somone along the way.
Your website worked well, now I just need to see what the plant looks like that is delivered.

Easily ordered flowers
The arrangement for my friend doesn't look much like the arrangement I ordered on line. It's still pretty but not sure I'm as happy about the one she received and the one Pictured online.

Misleading on the price AND the discount. I looked at the price prior to your site asking for my email stating I would get a 20% discount. The price remained the same throughout.
I admit i made a mistake on the card and almost immediately called and requested the card be changed. The person i spoke with told me it wouldn't be a problem and that she would make the change and contact the store and make sure that the card was updated. To my embarrassment the card was not updated and if they had just told me that they couldn't make the change I could have cancelled the order and redid it. It's unfortunate that it happened.

Ups left the package in the from door of a closed building, which is located in a 24 hours open park, Luckily I was close by when I received the alert that the package was delivered. My point is that anyone could have taken it. Everything else it's fine Happy with the product.
