I ordered the Southern Peach flowers and none of the flowers were peach. I also upgraded to the Premium and got standard. I want to send you a picture of what was sent. I will never buy flowers from this company again.

I originally requested same day delivery but did not receive flowers until next day. They were really nice, good quality. I did receive an email telling me that they could not delivery until next day.
Item was advertised at 73.99 and got charged 89.99, then was charged another 14.99 and 5.44 for handling.
I good way to surprise some one
It was nice to be able to send beautiful flowers after the passing of our sons friend. Finding flower shops any more is difficult but I know I can trust from you flowers and always the response is great.
Do you want 20%off? When I hit on the offer over 20 times it kept telling me to fill in all required fields...I did that but never got anything off.

Sympathy plant was ordered for an employee whose mom passed away. The employee was not at home when the delivery was made, however, when he did arrive back home - it was after making arrangements for the funeral. He was very grateful and pleased with the arrangement. Stated that the plants in the arrangement were some of his mom's favorites and he loved it!
First time ordering flowers online, wasn't sure what to expect. Couldn't find any info an deliver/service/handling fees until they were added at checkout. Would have been nice to have that info earlier.
Flowers were a gift someone else so hard to tell for sure, but looked a bit smaller than what I expected. (She sent me a picture.) Still, satisfied overall.

The service so far has been great although what is perceived in the size or amount that is being purchased for upgrade is misleading. I sent a plant to my sister with balloons it looks nice although it does NOT look any larger for the upgrade in size and price vs., what initially the size I was going to purchase and price. That's disappointing.

Flowers arrived within a prompt time. The price was a little high for my lacking and the flowers weren't like the pictures but the person loved them so it was worth it.
The flowers were delivered in a timely manner but I was disappointed by the overall size of small arrangement. There were no lilies, stock, or branches in the arrangement. I understand if the florist did not have the exact materials as pictured on the site, but substitutions should be made to make it comparable to what is pictured on the site. I was looking forward to using the credit I received on your site but I think I may try a different site. I just hope it's not from the same florist. At best, the arrangement that was received looked like it should have been $30.
