Only issue is that I received an email informing me the flowers had been delivered, when in fact, they did not arrive at the location until one full hour after the time stated that they had been delivered by the florist. This was of concern since I live in California and the flowers were sent to family in Nevada. I was worried that the flowers went to the wrong address.

The recipient sent a photo of the flowers to me and I was embarrassed because the flowers didn't look fresh, there were more greens than flowers, and the tie used around vase is yarn! I could have gone to Trader Joe's and paid way less for a much more beautiful arrangement.

As the delivery was a gift, I haven't seen it so I can't accurately comment on its contents or quality.
My recipient was happy and the delivery was PERFECT. Wish I could tip the DoorDash driver.
I appreciate the discounts I've received in the past 3 orders that off set the delivery fees. I've used this website for floral deliveries that were surprise gifts. What seems misleading, and quite frankly disappointing is that times where I have chosen the "deluxe" option to ensure a good quality bouquet, I receive photos from my loved ones thanking me and the bouquets look not nearly as full and appealing as they do in the display photo.
Maybe to ensure accuracy, there should be photos sent to fromyouflowers from the floral shop before departure to ensure the shop is using the correct vase and the right amount of flowers that are portrayed in the photo.
I've used this website for the convenience of not having to Google flower shops in the areas of where my friends and family live. However, my repeated experiences of bouquets looking lackluster I am beginning to question if I should move forward with using the site.

The shopping experience was easy, but the product received was really disappointing. The flowers did not have any means to keep them hydrated and they were brown and wilted when received. They also did not match the rainbow color that I selected in the shopping process.
I thought I was purchasing from a local florist, not a service that would deliver UPS.
Wish there were more variety of options... but overall... the price is very reasonable and easy to order.
I was happy with everything but the timeline. I ordered the flowers around 8am and paid extra for same day. Around 6pm the flowers were still not processed or delivered and had to reach out for a status update.
The service is pretty good overall. A little pricey when it comes to handling and delivery though.
After coming up with a late idea for a big date night I tried calling all the local florists for my girlfriends fave flowers none had any in stock and were special order only that could take 3-4 days and I only had 2.
