My order was 2 days late to my sister for her 50th birthday. The arrangement was not as nice as I hoped it would be.
I ordered white lilies in vase with a cross from your sympathy column (THE FTD Faithful Blessings Bouquet) I understand that the vase may differ a bit, but it was very different. Also, none of the lilies were opened so what my grandma received looked like tall green grass! Very disapointed!
Delivery charge to much and there's no way too ask for blue instead of lavender. Not personal like it would be talking to florist.

I do wish the site would show the actual difference in the sizes of flowers (premium, deluxe, ect.) to get a better depiction of what you're ordering especially item like the peace lily.
The flowers my daughter received looked NOTHING like what I picked and paid over $60 for. I am very disappointed! Will NOT use this service again and will tell family ang friends not to as well! Didn't mind paying the price if I'd gotten what I ordered. Sent the flowers to my daughter for her bday... very disappointing.

Flowers dont look anything like what the picture was on your site. I understand the florist is the problem but this was terrible compared to your site. I will not be sending flowers in this town again.
Do some quality checking or let me uplaod a pic to you and you decide. At least it was the same flowers. But very few and small flowers nothing like the pic.
The flowers were sent to my aunt and her daughter, riding out the pandemic together. Both were delighted with the basket of plants, delivered without physical contact. They'll send me a photo but it sounds lovely.

Nowhere was the service/delivery charge stated on your website. It also appears that the 20% off would reduce the price that appeared with the flowers which was not the case. Your site is a fraud. I hope the flowers are not as well.
