I believe I had a credit from a previous purchase, but it did not show at the end of this order. Any chance of getting it now?

Also, th9e delivered flower arrangement did not look as good as the advertiserd pictures.

It was a little pricy but for same day delivery and a good amount of candy it was worth it for delivery to a place I couldn't get it. Delivery person couldn't find the address and was calling a few times and had no idea where to go but like I said for a quick fix on delivery it was fine

I was disappointed with the Standing heart. It appears bigger online than what I received. They also did not include the banner that was supposed to say DAD on the standing heart. The flowers were beautiful but just not what I was expecting. The Grandchidren's arrangement was beautiful.

The flowers were beautiful and the overall experience was easy. The driver made sure she contacted the recipient as she was delivering the flowers.

Sorry, I was disappointed. The flowers were different than the picture. Not as full, nothing on the backside, so could not be a. Table centerpiece, pale pink roses, instead of the colorful ones in the picture. The delivery time was amazing. I contacted the company, and they did give me a discount, which I appreciate.

Nice selection, easy ordering. Arrangement did not look like online arrangement but recipient liked it anyway.

This was sent as a gift & the recipients were very pleased, happy, & appreciative of the quality of the flowers in their arrangement.

I just want to say that you advertised a deal of 29...for a bouquet of flowers, But, when checking out, I had to spend an additional $15 to be delivered in the area my friend lives in. I feel that is false advertising.
Very disappointing.
