Very nice arrangement for affordable price. When flowers couldn't be delivered on day that was ordered, I received a call that it would have to be delivered the next day. They upgraded my order for free because of it. Which I appreciated. An apology note was also included to the recipient for the delay.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
