My order was delivered at reasonable appropriate time. My friend loved her flowers. I assume what I ordered was what was delivered as I did not see them. But overall, a good experience.
I ordered same day delivery from the site and they were not delivered until after noon the next day. The email tracking was very prompt in responding and offered to refund my same day fee. I really had wanted them delivered that day but unfortunately they were not. Customer service was great, website is easy to order from but don't expect same day delivery. Flowers arrived in good condition and I am told they are beautiful.
Overall satisfied customer only flaw was that my order was not delivered on the same day as advertised
