My granddaughter in Arizona lost her beloved dog from a snake bite. She was devastated and being 2000 miles away thought we could ease her pain with some flowers. We paid for next day delivery... did not come. I was told to be delivered first thing next day... never happened. Asked for full refund which I did get but unfortunately the whole point of the flowers was lost. Very disappointed. Guess I should have read reviews first! So unfortunate a company runs like this. Flowers can say so much to the receiver and sad when a company doesn't follow thru to deliver.
