Well the flowers was not exactly like the picture that I ordered but Uncle Walter sure was happy to get them. As long as he happy I am happy. He been through a lot in and out of hospital. Thought plants and flowers would cheer him up and it did. People love to feel special and flowers is a perfect thing to send to man or woman. Delivery time was perfect. Over all I am 100% satisfied and so is my husband.
Ordering was so easy! If the same day delivery goes smooth as well I'll be back as a customer
Odd that the Service/Handling fee wasn't evident until final screen and somewhat excessive at nearly 50% of the product cost. Contacted customer service to determine delivery time as I found out after order that patient was leaving hospital day early. Didn't hear back for couple hours, but did receive confirmation of delivery from recipient as she was in wheelchair leaving.
Misleading free delivery with a$14.99 service and handling charge shown at check out.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
