Need to see if this shows up and if the flowers and baloons are nice or poorly put together as other customers have mentioned dont particularly like the SURPRISE $15 charge for 'handling' whats that all about? And also think its more prudent to ask for a review AFTER the goods are delivered, no? Final note for a $15 service charge on an order of about 30 usd i would offer a special service ie (can you speak to someone)? In my case, i would have liked to place a 'teabag' on the order (personal significance) just what is this 15 usd extra charge and why also do you ask for an additional 5 usd for morning delivery? A bit scared its my sisters 58th birthday and she is not well; please take special care thank you :)

At first I was really pleased with the prices and free shipping. I ordered in advanced and had scheduled delivery for a week later however, the flowers were delivered the next day. Living out of the country I was irritated that this company ruined my moms birthday surprise. I did contact customer service and they did rectify the problem and resent flowers on the correct date. My mother sent me pictures of her orders and the flowers were pretty but they don't look as full as they do in the pictures. I don't think I will be ordering flowers from this company again or in general because flower delivery services are just too expensive.
