I found a special vase that I liked, but it only had 1 option for the flowers which was 1 dozen red roses. I placed the order and when it was received I was not impressed with the flowers. I was not aware that this was a box item delivery (where you receive the vase and flowers in a box and arrange it yourself once it is received). Hence, the photo I received of the flowers looking poorly arranged. If you do not mind receiving the flowers this way, it is a great option. I personally prefer the florist making the flower arrangement and then it be delivered. In my opinion, they just look soooooo much better. Customer service at fromyouflowers.com was helpful in resolving this issue and I will continue to order from them in the future. I have received some really beautiful florist made arrangements since this delivery.

I was so disappointed yesterday when I seen the flowers. Omg my heart was so sad. The flowers looked whither and spaced out. It was quite embarrassing I just wanted to cry. I have always loved your services but not this time and I will probably never order from y'all again.

The site is easy to use. I'll save my "will you buy from us again" until I see what gets delivered and when.

The flowers were beautiful and arrived on time. It's a bit deceiving to say the flower will cost $29, but at the end with delivery, tax, etc. etc. I ended up paying $50... But I suppose that's the nature of the beast.

Lovely flowers, good service, timely delivery.
