I paid an expedited fee for a guaranteed delivery time however the delivery came 4 hours after the "guaranteed" time.
Also I paid for 18 roses but the delivery only came with 12 roses.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
