Shopping on the website was great and so easy but I was expecting flowers to look like the picture instead when they got there they were very small and only a couple of flowers like they were so spaced out I feel like whoever put them together could've don't a better job or put more flowers so there was enough space but not to much overall I was very disappointed for the price I paid I could've gone to a grocery store it just makes me feel so bad that I paid that much for beautifull flowers for my moms anniversary and she received 5 little flowers in a vase I really was expecting it to look like the picture :/

Ive had issues in the past but the discounts that you offer keep getting me to come back.
They arrived too late for my wife to receive them before she left work. No big deal. I wasn't aware that she was leaving a little earlier than normal. What she did receive did not really match the picture on the website that i ordered them from.

I was pleased with the delivery time and service! The only thing I felt mildly disappointed by was that the bouquet didn't look as full as it did on the website when I ordered it. But overall I was pleased with the service.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
