My sister just sent me a picture of the flowers she received and I felt a little embarrassed because they bore no resemblance whatsoever to the flowers I ordered and they weren't nearly as nice. The flowers I ordered were called "Rose and Lily Celebration" and consisted of pink and red roses, large pink lilies and purple accent flowers. It was gorgeous. What I got was a rather unremarkable red, white and pink bouquet without a single lily (so much for the lily celebration). I took ages picking out the perfect colour scheme (pink & purple) but there was no purple at all. I might as well have picked at random. I'm so disappointed. '

Since I am the sender, I did not see the arrangement - you might think of taking a picture of the actual arrangement as it goes out of the store and send that in an email to the giver.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
