So I saved $9.00, but the service charge of $14.99 was not mentioned until the very last second. I could have called a local florist in Gastonia and done as well once that charge was added.

Interesting routing. GA to KY to TN to FL Orlando to FL Jacksonville to a town closer to delivery point.
Ordered on the 5th or 6th and delivered on the 10th. I am happy despite the delay due to weather.
There should be a box to allow you more flexibility if we are not caring about a specific delivery date.

I do wish that the shipping/handling was included upfront so you can consider your budget better at the beginning!
The first bouquet that arrived for my sick friend in the hospital was only carnations. Not a single iris or small sunflower/yellow daisy. I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed by the flowers. From hearing how the re-delivery looks it sounds like the "upgrade" also fell short of expectations. She said it mostly looked like the first one. She said maybe there were a few irises.
Unfortunately it looks like in the future I will have to be taking my business somewhere else.
I would like to note however, that the telephone customer service I received was very good. But the arrangement was not what was expected and I feel the photos either need to be adjusted or the florist responsible needs more training/information.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
