Overall, everything was pretty good. Delivery was a little long, I chose a Monday delivery date, and my flowers weren't delivered until Tuesday. But other than that, it was pretty good.

There was a miscommunication regaurding delivery which was supposed to be same day. I contacted the company and they worked hard to refund the same day delivery fee and have the flowers delivered as soon as possible. They were going to upgrade the flowers and send a letter of apology to the reipient. My friend recieved her flowers the following afternoon (her actual birthday) and loved them. Thank you for taking care of the problem. The representatives were very nice and polite and worked hard to resolve everything. I would order from you again. Customer service is everything. Thank you. :)
Flowers beautifully arranged
Flowers were not blooming, looked like a bunch of green leaves. I was embarrassed. I paid 60 dollars and got a bushel of leaves and buds.

It was hard to find the flowers I decided to send. I would have liked to sent a bouquet with some blue in it but settled for the roses. I had a code from swagbucks but no place to put it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
