I liked the many options i had to make these flowers perfect. What I was not too happy about was the arrangement itself. It did not have as many flowers as the picture showed and described. But I am happy with the delivery

Overall, everything was pretty good. Delivery was a little long, I chose a Monday delivery date, and my flowers weren't delivered until Tuesday. But other than that, it was pretty good.

There was a miscommunication regaurding delivery which was supposed to be same day. I contacted the company and they worked hard to refund the same day delivery fee and have the flowers delivered as soon as possible. They were going to upgrade the flowers and send a letter of apology to the reipient. My friend recieved her flowers the following afternoon (her actual birthday) and loved them. Thank you for taking care of the problem. The representatives were very nice and polite and worked hard to resolve everything. I would order from you again. Customer service is everything. Thank you. :)

Easy to pick arrangement. I liked the floral choices better than other sites.
The arrangement was not able to be delivered the same day as promised. However, you contacted me right away and contacted the person I was sending flowers to as I requested and explained things to them. The flowers did arrive the next day and they are lovely
