This site was easy to use. Nice selection of flowers. Especially the choices for Halloween.
OMG! My sister will be facing major surgery in less that two weeks. She received the Halloween arrangement right on time, called me and is so happy, actually beside herself! Thank you so much for your site that takes the worry out of choosing a florist! Will use this again when I need to send a arrangement.

Price is a bit high, but otherwise I appriciate getting same day delivery. I didn't see the flowers as they were a gift. But the recipiant said the tea cup it came in was not the green one I was expecting.

I ordered 2 bouquets for my daughters, attending 2 different universities. 1 arrived on time and was beautiful, I received a confirmation email shortly after my daughter called. I received a second confirmation email but the flowers were never delivered. I called customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes but the sales associate was very nice. She told me that I'd be credited for the same day delivery charge and that the flowers would be upgraded. The flowers were delivered the next day but based on the photo they were not upgraded.

It did seem to be a little bit on the pricey side but, what I really had a problem with was I needed to contact customer service before they could be delivered per a email I received but when I called I was on hold for over a hour. I would have hung up but getting the flowers delivered was extremely important. Waiting that long on hold is really, really outrageous. I understand some waiting time but never should a customer be kept waiting that long.

I am disappointed that you did not reveal the extra "handling charge" until the order was ready to be placed. I was tempted to cancel the order and only continued due to the short hospital stay which required quick delivery. Why not tell your customers about the hidden charges up front?

I was hoping that for birthday flowers it should be delivered in the morning at least. Who would want their flowers delivered at the end of the day. Waited all morning. Cannot wait the whole day for the delivery if one has a plan for the afternoon or evening. I would rather buy at a floral shop if that would be the case.

Ibdid NOT get whstcwas ordered I ordered and paid for premium the flowers were small. It was not like the pictured product. 1 single rose in the premium order other flowers not as sdvertised. The person who received ed itvdaid flowers were small. I have pictures.
