I bought a funeral plant garden. Basket was very small for deluxe. Was sent a link for free shipping but didn't register at checkout. Called customer service and was given $5.99 of instead of $15.99. Was very disappointed and this made me decide not to use their service again. Thought I was getting a good deal but was very disappointed.
Fromyouflowers.coms manager called me telling me the florist in the area I was ordering flowers for did not have the ceramic pumpkin to hold the flower arrangement I had ordered. Wanted to make it good for me, so said he would pay the extra $$ to make up for lacking vase to add more flowers. My sister received a larger bouquet of the flowers I would have gotten with my original order, and it was in a real live cut out pie pumpkin with lid. Guess we had a florist showing some ingenuity! We shall see if the real pumpkin lasts as long as the flowers!

What my daughter received looked nothing like the picture of the flowers I ordered online. Very disappointed. I spent over $45 and she received a very small amount of flowers. Very disappointed. Will not do this again.

The delivered product was red and white, not so full. Delivery was 1 day earlier than date ordered, which was great, but why I was confused when my boss thanked me. The flowers looked NOTHING like what I ordered. While we, the coworkers, feel we did not get what we paid for, our Boss loved them! We paid more for the flowers on the website than for the flowers received. I understand substitutions, but at least come close! The chocolate covered strawberries and Oreos were spot on! It was real easy to order. The gift was delivered to the store but the person who it was addressed to was not even asked for. Also, the note was not included do recipient just figured it was from me but didn't know for sure. So I wasn't too happy about that.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
