The flowers I ordered from the website photo don't look ok anything like the photo my friends received. There are not any sunflowers at all in the arrangement and it looks a bit messy. If sunflowers are out of season they should not be in the photo as on option.

I ordered the flowers to go out the same day at around 11 am and then got a call at 4:30 that it wouldnt be delivered until today and yesterday was the person's birthday
I did not think they would have delivered after 4:30pm wife want home did not get them tell the next day. My fault for not telling them when to deliver.

I paid for expedited delivery for flowers for my husband. Flowers were supposed to be delivered by 12 noon. The flowers never came. I called the company around 4 p.m. and I was on hold for about 35 minutes before a person picked up. When a person finally picked up and I told them that the flowers were never delivered, they tried to contact the florist. Well, no one answered at the florist. By now, I have been on the phone for about 47 minutes. I asked just for a refund. The rep told me that they have to wait to hear from the florist. I told the rep that I just wasted almost a whole hour with them and I will reverse the charges. The flowes never showed. Thank goodness I paid via credit card. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They not worth the trouble.
I was satisfied with everything until checkout time and found out the extra cost $14.99 for service fee especially after paying for flowers and having them delivered on the date requested at and extra fee. But other than that i was very satisfied with everything.
