Aunt Betty was very happy with the lovely flowers she received from fromyouflowers for her 89th birthday! She said they were beautiful and made her day wonderful.
So disappointed. Sent flowers to my cousins funeral to get there and see they looked cheap and NOTHING like this picture.
When I called the help line, it took a long time to get response. The first time, after a long wait - more than 10 minutes, the line was cut off for unknown reason, so I had to call the 2nd time. The service person was pretty nice though.
These were a gift. I am told the flowers were very nice and just as pictured on the web site.
But I asked that the delivery person to call to make sure someone was home to receive delivery and that does NOT appear to have happened. Fortunately the flowers were left with a neighbor and not left in the heat on the front porch. This person rarely enters the house from the front door. So she would have missed them if left there.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
