I live in Atlanta Georgia and I sent flowers to my cousin in Albany Georgia. I wanted them to be delivered on yesterday but I placed the order to late so they were delivered today. My cousin called me in tears telling my how beautiful they were and how shocked she was. Just hearing her cry over the phone about the flowers meant the world to me. With that being said...you all have a customer for life!
I placed an order to surprise and thank a friend. I ordered the flowers to be delivered the next day. I paid an additional fee for the bouquet to arrive in the morning. My friend did not receive her bouquet before she left work. I called customer service that advised that the bouquet was on its way. It would be delivered shortly. What time is shortly? Apparently no one knows. Meanwhile, the surprise that was planned was ruined because I had to call my friend and ask her to go back to work to pick up her flowers (otherwise they would have been left on her desk over the weekend). I paid $15 for handling - delivery, but my friend had to be inconvenienced and had to pick up her own flowers! I will never use this company again!

Since this is my first experience, I don't know how true to the photo the actual product will be. Hoping it will be just as cute as the photo.
They delivered, as promised! She absolutely loved it! She sent me a photo of her flowers and I must say I was a little disappointed that some of the flowers were wilted looking. Since they were not for me and she was very pleased, I have no complaints. I will use this florist again!
Flowers were left on the steps of the screened in porch before 9 am - my Mom only saw them as she was driving away with a friend. Delivery person should have come on the porch to front door. But that said she loved them and the surprise.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
