The roses were received and I'm told they are beautiful. My problem was with delivery. Betty Apgar sent the flowers to Billie and Lee Tucker. I paid for one day delivery. The day after I sent the flowers someone called the Tucker home and told them they had a delivery for Betty. After some discussion when she kept assuring the delivery person that no one there was Betty, they finally decided the flowers were
FROM Betty. When they finally gave them my name she realized they were for her and she received the flowers. I received a notice that they were delivered to Betty Apgar! Betty Apgar sent them Tuckers should have received them the same day. I am told they are beautiful.
Easy shopping and same day delivery, however they were late and received after business hours. Customer service was excellent regarding this matter and made things better!
I didn't get to see what was delivered per say but I know that the person receiving it got it. I ordered a balloon bear & chocolates for new baby & parents. The bear was actually an elephant, still cute, & I guess more than one balloon was sent so that was OK. I think a picture of what's being sent to my email would have been nice otherwise I had a good first time experience! :)

I like that they called 30 minutes prior to delivery to make sure someone was home.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
