The flowers were beautiful but not that fresh. Also when you put None in the signature box when ordering please don't type None on the card. That's common sense.

Website was easy to navigate. Fast as well.
Handling/service fee of $15 was a last minute surprise - it should have been specified upfront.

I asked for a same time delivery in Cincinnati, and they delivered it by 11 AM.

Easy and convenient. Many choices. The arrangement was beautiful and fresh. Although I ordered the standing basket, they sent a standing spay. Still, I have to say it was stunning and even though there were many,many flowers; it still stood out. I had wanted the basket because the burial was to be at the Veteran's Cemetery and I knew they couldn't be left at the grave. I thought they could take the basket to a nursing home or hospital. Even so, the spray was exactly as shown in the picture. I recommended the site to my daughter and the plant she sent was equally lovely. This is the only place I will ever use for flowers. So glad I found it! Nice to have a reputable company you can count on! Thank you.

They were in town at 7am but delivered at 7pm and left out side didn't call or knock I happened to see online that they were delivered and called my mom
