A 20% savings somehow seemed to disappear in other processing-related fees. Flowers looked nothing like the picture. Was for my mother's 85th birthday. Very disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
