They called me immediately to tell me they could not deliver on Sunday. Staff was helpful.
The product was delivered in a timely fashion; however, when the recipient thanked me, she sent a picture of the arrangement. It did not look like the photo of what I ordered. It was messy, not mounded, and had substitutions that were not as desirable as the original. I contacted customer service and they sent an identical arrangement. This one was also delivered right away and the recipient stated that this one was much better looking, was larger and as expected.
FIRST ORDER
I cancelled my initial order because of the $14.99 delivery fee which is almost half of the price of my order. Customer service was quick to respond to my request and they refunded my money in full, as requested.
SECOND ORDER
I still have an item left in my cart and after sometime has lapsed, the shop sent me a "free delivery fee of $14.99 if you come back and order this now" promo email. Because of the promotion, I bought the item. Overall, am satisfied with the quick service turnover. The shop was able to fulfill my second order within the same day for just an additional $2.99 and this time, due to the promotion, free of delivery charge. Thank you!

I give them a negative star! It was important that the flowers be delivered today and they weren't. The "customer service" line kept me on hold 20 mins. Then said they couldn't reach the local florist which is just not believable. Would NOT give me the name of the local florist so I couldn't reach out. It's too late to get someone else to deliver now. THEY SUCK!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
