The ordeting was easy & quick.I click on the date & for it to be delivered within 4 hours.
It didn't get delivered until the next day in the afternoon.
When I called the evening before I spoke to Alyssa explained to her that 1 did not notice the $14.99 was charged for service/handling. She said it was what is always chsrged. I then asked@ 7:30 in the evening why my arrangement had not been deluvered. She said it's because the place where it was going to be shiped fron didn't have some of the item's so they needed to send it to another store. I told her that to me it was irelavent it should have been done as it was advertised. She insisted on talking over me so I told her I wanted my serve & handling fee credited bsck. She said that they could not do that. I asked for a supervisor, she said it would be a while she needed to put me on hold to get an extention. After several minute's later she came back & said she could not find a supervisor but would go ahead & credit the service/handling fee & something else about a discount for future purchases. Don't need discounts. Now I will tell you why I am very disappointed & upset. The arrangement was for my 6 year old grandson who had been sick for a few days. I wanted him to get it on Friday cuz he had not been going to school. I don't live on the same city & dont get to visit often. I was looking forward to cheering him up.

Am happy with the site. My only reason that I didn't give 5 stars was that I had another promo code and because there was a site-wide promo going on already it wouldn't let me use the promo code I had or like my add stated $15.00 off sitewide.

My mother said the flowers were absolutely beautiful and has a wonderful rose and lily fragrance. She was delighted with the candy as she loves chocolate. Delivery was late afternoon which was perfect for her. Thank you.

The flower order was placed 2 weeks before delivery date. The flowers were delivered 2 weeks early. They corrected this by resending on the correct date.

My shopping experience was great, but since the flowers were a gift for someone out-of-state I cannot personally comment on the product she received or if in fact they were received at all since I have not heard from her directly. It would be great if delivery confirmation contained a signature of recipient that could be sent with the Confirmation of Delivery to ease the minds of senders like myself who don't receive a Thank you.
