The flowers received were pretty, however they looked nothing like what I ordered. Delivery time was very quick, just disappointed that what I ordered is not what was received.

I ordered them for my sister in law and when she sent a picture it didn't look like the bouquet online that I clicked on and I noticed a brown leaf. She loved them and was very happy and also it was great I could get same day delivery.

The price I've paid was considerably higher than the advertised price after charging for the delivery, the Saturday delivery, the taxes and the bowl I did not order. This was a bit disappointing.
I had a problem at the end of my online purchase where by I closed my order because the information indicated my credit card was not acceptable.
My account has been charged four times for the same order.
As of today, one charge has been deleted and two of three still pending.
There is a charge for $57.97 which is okay. The other charges, $57.97 and $62.96 have yet to be corrected.
I would appreciate you removing these charges from my account.

The service/handling fee COMPLETELY erases my corporate discount. In the end, I didn't save money by using your site compared to others, but I thought I was going to. The flowers were fine when they were delivered, but the delivery came fairly late in the day.

The arrangement seemed a lot smaller once it was delivered
I was surprised by the service/handling fee at the end. That was not clear until i already entered all my payment information.
Also the flowers looked fairly different than the picture.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
