I was surprised by the service/handling fee at the end. That was not clear until i already entered all my payment information.
Also the flowers looked fairly different than the picture.
I paid for the premium product but what was sent can only be described as anemic even by the base offering standards. I will not use this service again. I will figure out something else. This was a $70 rip-off.

The wrong from card was placed with our delivered arrangement to the business we sent. It was supposed to be a congratulations card and a rose (condolences?) card was used.
Also, there were typos on the card that showed the arrangement was from us. The business showed our card on their social media where people now see our name was spelled incorrectly which is embarrassing.

I ordered this for my mother for her birthday and what she received is not even close to what I ordered for her. At the expense of flowers and delivery these days, disappointed isn't even close to how I feel.
So far, so good. I will need to see the delivered product to reply further. It was just beautiful. I will order from you again in the future.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
