I ordered a wildflower bouquet and it was gorgeous. Arrived on time and the recipient loved it. Very helpful delivery person as well. I thought they offered lots of same day delivery choices too, though be aware there is an extra fee for that. But the prices are competitive with other online floral deliveries and the product was great. Would order again.

Not delivered same day as promised and not notified of the delivery problem. Delivered later in the day next day not first thing. So much for surprising my friend to cheer her up after our friend passed away. Should get a full refund not just the same day delivery fee refund. They were pretty but not outstanding for the money paid

Site was very easy to use, and the deals were great. The product that was delivered did not look like what I ordered but my wife did love them, although she didnt know what was ordered. I talked to you about the order and the issue was resolved promptly, and the customer service was excellent. I couldn't be happier! I will definitely be using this company in the future

Great easy to move around your site. I did forget to put on the card sent with the flowers my contact info because we only say hi and bye when I visit KFC where she works. So now I got to wait two weeks before I can get over there and ask her did she like the flowers. However the mystery she must be going through knowing where the flowers came from but not having anyway to say thanks.

The process was very easy and price was great. However, the flowers delivered and delivery was my issue. The flowers were delivered right after 5pm and we're wilted. It was very disappointing, but the customer service person that I spoke with wad very nice and worked very hard to rectify the situation.

Online site was easy to use. One suggestion is to be able to edit order content after entering cc info. Also the deliver time was very late in the day, would have wanted it before noon.
