The flowers looked like an average/small size bouquet as compared to the "Deluxe" version I paid for.

The teddy bear looked tinyyyy, not medium size and certainly not worth $20.

It said it was expected to be delivered by 6PM and wasn't delivered til around 6:30

Not very happy with my first experience here, most likely wouldn't come back.

I have used FromYouFlowers for any flowers I send within the last 6 years. It's a good thing there arrangements are reasonably priced. When you add delivery, handling & tax those extras can cost as much or more than the arrangement itself.

The service/handling fee is getting more and more expensive, which is super frustrating... but otherwise, the service is great. Also, when the flowers got to my mother in law, not only were they delivered late that day (so she didn't receive them until a day later) but they were already wilting. Why would I pay extra for service/handling and delivery on same day when none of those things were worth the $15?!

I paid additional fees for Sunday (same day delivery) and it was a time sensitive gift so I was really bummed that it only arrived on Monday. The Sunday delivery was the sole reason I selected fromyouflowers.com

She did appreciate the flowers when she did get them but she had a huge speaking engagement on Sunday night that I wanted her to have the flowers beforehand.
