The flowers were beautiful however I chose this site in particular because I wanted same day delivery. I had gone to a different site right before this one and I was too late in the day for same day. I placed my order on this site specifically because it said before 3 PM they could still do same day and they would be delivered by 6 PM which was a huge kudos for them. I found out later that night that they were never delivered. To be fair, I got in touch with customer service and they responded very quickly and helped me out. I was ensured they would be delivered as soon as possible the next day. It took away from what I was trying to get across by having them delivered on that day in particular but they were still very much appreciated by the recipient.

Its a great price and you have a good, organized system. I was a little disappointed when my friend sent me a picture of the roses, they didn't look great, nor did they look professional, so I wasn't very satisfied with the product. Also I asked through customer service to see if they can put blue roses because my friend likes them a lot and they were not flexible and didn't want to change anything. This are the little things that would make a difference and will bring you customers back. Thank you for your service.

Purchased a 19.99 sale bouquet with 3 balloons, using a coupon, that ended up costing me $52. The checkout process did not apply the $14.00 service/handling charge and the tax until the very last page of the billing process. It would be more informative to display/calculate the full cost beforehand. Be aware that there will always be a delivery charge and it is calculated based on delivery address but you won't know what that cost is until the end of checkout. The bouquet was delivered on time and consisted of 3 very open roses and 7 daisies. Customer service did respond courteously. Appreciated the same day service.
