Shipping was supposed to be free. Total $63.99 and all of a sudden at the end it was $78.99?
Recd the gift and it doesn't look like the original picture at all. Very cheap and only half full! I'll never order here again!

Wish I could send a picture. I ordered the premium size and was so disappointed with the size. Looked nothing like the picture I ordered. Looked smaller than delux. I took a picture and will gladly send it so you can see it. Won't use you again. Second time disapponted

Experience has been good. The flower quality were lacking and didn't look like the picture.

My wife was very pleased with her birthday bouquet of roses, and they arrived on time in excellent condition. I could not duplicate the great value I received from any of the local flower stores in our area so I will definitely buy again from your company when the need arises.

I thought the price was high, but I liked the same day shipping, my order arrived to my Sister within hours. However, the flowers didn't look like the picture, a lot of the flowers weren't even open yet. Overall it was a fair experience.

Flowers delivered about half as on picture. Sent stuffed cat instead of stuffed bear, my gf is allergic to cats, ruined gesture of surprising her with flowers. All company offered is $15 credit for the price of the bear. Horrible customer service. Dont use this service to make a good impression

Very disappointed in the flowers. They were nothing like the pictures. Two of my 3 arrangements were wilted when I received them. Quality of the flowers was poor, probably because 2 of the 3 arrangements were shipped in a box via fed ex. The other arrangement came delivered by a local florist, so that was slightly better quality. I would not order from here again.
