The bouquet was smaller than I expected but the flowers were beautiful and they put in a big balloon as opposed to the small one shown in the picture, which is good! I've ordered flowers from Fro You Flowers several times and haven't had a negative experience.
The transaction was quick and easy, and the flowers were delivered across the country promptly.
The gist of my story is this - please read below if you want to know the details.
So, all in all, the ordering online was great, they have a great selection and great prices. However, the products delivered are not always what is ordered - be sure to check with the recipient to make sure what they got is what you ordered; and getting in touch with them to correct a problem or just for customer service is all but impossible. So, it's a split as to how I would rate the experience. Once she took ownership of the problem, she did a good job of fixing it, but getting to that point was PAINFUL.
I ordered two planters going to two different recipients. One was delivered on time, but instead of the plant being in a planter, it was delivered in a basket and it had flowers - which were not shown in the picture I ordered from. That would be OK, except the reason I chose that particular item was because of the butterfly in the planter - butterflies hold a special meaning for my friend who just lost her grandmother and I wanted to give her something that would live for a while and then she could re-pot it and be able to use the planter for either a new plant or whatever...the thing that mattered was THE BUTTERFLY. What my friend received - even though it was delivered on time, it came in a basket and the butterfly was kinda superfluous - NOT at all what it looked like in the picture. It was pretty, just not exactly what I ordered. However, I was not going to bring it to the attention of From You Flowers because I did not want to go through the hassle. That is on me.
Then, the second item I ordered was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, and this is where my experience goes completely off the rails. I was tracking the shipment - apparently, to get to my dad's wife in TX, the planter was shipped from CT and was being delivered by UPS (why they don't use a local florist IDK?). So, the order was sent out on Tuesday morning, but they could not find the correct address so they were in a holding pattern. Well, that holding pattern stayed that way most of the day (from 8 am til 330 pm), so I decided I would call and try and rectify the problem (maybe I put the wrong address?).
I called the number and was on hold (with a message saying "Your call is very important to us; please continue to hold until the next available representative can assist you") for over 30 minutes until I finally gave up. I decided to send them an email and see if that got better results. I told them I was unhappy with the fact that I was not contacted to figure out what was wrong with the address and my order was sitting in limbo and I was trying to call them to fix the problem but I could not talk to anyone when I was on hold for over a half hour. I got a response 3 hours later stating they were sorry for the inconvenience and they were sending me a $15 coupon on my next purchase.
Well, that made me even more mad! I sent them a reply stating that a gift certificate was not going to do me any good since I was never going to do business with them again - I need a company I can communicate with in case of problems, etc., and that not only did I not want their coupon, I wanted to cancel the order since they had not gotten around to delivering it anyway (this is 48 hours after the order was to be delivered), and I wanted a full refund of that purchase and I wanted a discount on the planter that went out on Monday that was delivered in a basket. This was at 1130 am. By 3 pm, they called me and said she would be happy to give me a refund on the one that was undelivered, or she could guarantee that the planter would be sent the next day. I said that would not work for me because the one had been sitting in some warehouse somewhere and was probably all shriveled up and dead. She said she would send out a BRAND NEW ONE and guarantee that it would be delivered the next day. I said if she could GUARANTEE that, it would be fine to stay with the order. We were discussing the problem, and I happened to mention the address and she informed me that I had put the wrong address into the form. So, the bad address was MY fault. But they had my phone number and never contacted me to find out what the correct address was, and she did not verify it either. So, although it was originally my fault, they dropped the ball as far as trying to rectify the situation.
I then told her about the Monday delivery not being in a planter but in a basket, and she gave me a 20% refund for that.

Grandson really liked his candy basket at college. He said "awesome". Two day delivery, very pleased.
Flowers were a get well for my mother in law. She said they were absolutely beautiful!
Delivery was late. I had to ask the person receiving the gift to let me know when they received a package. She loved the package, but it was supposed to be delivered on her birthday. Will probably choose a local company next time to make sure the delivery is made on time.
This arrangement was sent as a thank you gift and the person that received it said that it was beautiful. Unfortunately with shopping on line, you never get to see the final product but if she's happy, so am I.
Personally, I was quite pleased with the selection, price and the fact that I was able to get same day delivery.
I have Christmas arrangements to send this year so I'll definitely use this site again!
Some of the flowers in the very small arrangement became wilted the next day. Fresh water was added soon after delivery so water was not a problem.
This was supposed to be a $29.99 arrangement on sale for 19.99; not the case.
The gift card was hand written and the printing on the card was very elementary level and unprofessional.
I would not have known this however I ended up needing to make an emergency trip to the hospital in Prairie Du Sac, WI. My mother lives in Our House Senior Living on 2nd St in Lodi Wisc and has since returned there.
The only problem I had was I had to keep recovering the site (it was my computer not your site) - otherwise what should have taken a few minutes to order took about 30 min. (again - my computer). Received word from recipient that the flowers were beautiful and she loved the 'bee'. Thanks fromyouflowers. Great job!

Loved the flowers and the delivery was right on time as stated. However UPS didn't deliver them to the location I stated on the address. After 3 phone calls and hours later my daughter received her beautiful flowers with 20 minutes to spare before her shift was over.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
